Q: I have a question or need help. Who do I contact?

Q: I want to register as a Festival delegate. How do I do that?
A: From the Home Page, hover your cursor over the word REGISTER. In the drop down menu click on Delegate. You will find information about the Delegate Packages there. Please read this page carefully before you proceed, as it covers what events are in the package and what are not. You can select and pay for most unpackaged events during the delegate registration process

Q: I've already completed the process to register as a delegate and now I want to purchase some additional tickets to the Showcase of Champions Concert on the Saturday night. How do I do that?
A: There are a couple of ways. The most efficient method with the least mouse clicks is to click on the link in the right-hand column on the Home Page entitled "BUY TICKETS TO THE SHOWCASE OF CHAMPIONS" then click on the red tickets link on the landing page. Alternatively, from the Home Page, hover your cursor over the word FESTIVAL, then in the drop down menu click onTickets  and then scroll down to find the ticket purchasing process.  

Q: I’m a local and I’ve heard about the harmony singing workshop being held at the Wrest Point Hotel. How do I register to participate?
A: From the Home Page, hover your cursor over the word REGISTER. In the drop down menu click on Free Workshops. There are two free workshops on offer, however, to be eligible for the Youth Workshop you must be under 26 years of age on the day of the event.

Q: Can a delegate attend the free workshops too?
A: Of course! All events are open to delegates and we encourage you to participate in as many as possible.

Q: I want to register for some of the additional Festival activities. How do I do that?
A: From the Home Page, hover your cursor over the word REGISTER. In the drop down menu click on Delegate Activities. There are a plethora of activities to choose from and we encourage you to take part in as many as possible to share the joy of barbershop throughout the Festival.

Q: Will registering for additional activities cost me more money?
A: Most activities will not cost you anything. In fact, for the city Pop-Ups the Festival organisers will cover the cost of return transport when you are travelling with your ensemble. 

Q: What about the Youth Workshop? How do I register for that?

Q: Where do I find information about Pop-Up venues and schedule?
A: From the Home Page, hover your cursor over the word REGISTER. In the drop down menu click on Delegate Activities. You will find information about Pop-Ups on the landing page including a link to a registration form. Specific times for the various locations will be made available closer to the event

Q: Will the Headline Guest Quartet, Signature, be on the faculty for the whole Harmony Academy Program?
A: They sure will!
